Massimo Bartolini is one of the best-known Italian artists of the 1990s, and his work revolves around architectural interventions. He transforms the spaces on which he works, modifying them, interpreting them and defining them with elements drawn from architecture itself, or with light, sounds and smells, thereby generating intense sensorial experiences in the viewers.
